Outside Sales Representative

Structure: Base + Bonus structure
Pay: 50k


Job Summary:

This role requires a driven, assertive, well-organized, individual with an aptitude for identifying and cultivating new clients  and then converting  to achieve sales revenue and profitability goals. The ability to work collaboratively with team is essential, as is being able to facilitate communication, make cold calls, be persistent, and create mutually beneficial relationships.

 

Responsibilities - ( KPI if you will)

  • Applies strategic sales acumen to open new avenues for company success.
  • Participates in events, associations, and trade shows, etc.
  • Has working knowledge of social media marketing
  • Follow up with leads on weekly basis
  • Working knowledge of email campaigns / building and maintaining
  • Provides regular reports  regarding activity, productivity, and account / prospect status.
  • Regularly presents company solution to 20+ people ( 2x weekly)

Qualifications:

A two year degree or equivalent/consummate experience

 

Working Environment

The position requires a high level of energy, often for focused periods of time in order to achieve business plan and sales revenue results. The job operates in an office environment. Travel is needed during the business day depending upon customer needs, trade show season, and new business development opportunities.
