Upper Income Potential: $40K/yr on mostly weekends
WHAT WOULD I BE DOING AS A Part-time SALES REP?
Spending as many weekends as possible visiting open houses. During the week, or later afternoons, you will followup with leads you generated on the weekends. There is definite mobility to move into more Full time work as you have demonstrated your abilities and productive results. More full time work would be up-selling existing customers and cold-calling new ones.

Email and Phone followups with future clients

Provide Management with insight into current and future clients’ needs and interests
Creative problem solving
Strong organizational ability
Professional work ethic
Google Apps (Gmail, Sheets, Docs, etc)
Typing Speed of 40+ WPM
Minimum 2 years relevant work experience required. Preferably in sales, customer service, call center, or marketing positions.
Current or past experience in B2B Sales, Retail Sales, and knowledge of photography and real estate is a plus.
Experience in conducting Phone Sales.
Bachelor's degree preferred, but not required.
Live in the Minneapolis / Saint Paul Metro Area
Have reliable transportation
Previous experience with a CRM
Computer savvy, spreadsheet, phone skills
